URDU COMEDY THEATRE PLAY “DHAANI”

ART TAINMENT PRODUCTIONS has produced “DHAANI” urdu stage comedy play which has brighten up with laughter. A lovely family comedy and at the same time it has all laughter, emotions, anger, jealously with thought provoking moments and messages.

The big name of big screen in Pakistan SHAN SHAHID is producer of DHAANI co- producer & Director MUHAMMAD UMAR SULTAN, script is written by IMRANA MAQSOOD (better half of ANWAR MAQSOOD) and AMRA ALAM is a co- writer.

The play is successfully running at ART COUNCIL KARACHI, it is entertaining stage show for the general public. The story is about two families, which highlights the relationship of the two neighboring housewives connected by a bond which includes fun, gossip, aggression, kinship and love.

The main idea to stage the show is to bringing the youth closer to their cultural roots and language through quality original urdu comedy theatre plays, it entertains the general public instead of a specific class.
