VEENA MALIK TALKS ABOUT HER MMS SCANDAL

Veena Malik sure knows how to stay in the headlines. After a series of vulgar MMS clips that featured her showed up anonymously on Youtube, it did create quite a controversy.

Turns out these tapes aren't personal at all. They're actually part of her upcoming film 50-50. The scenes are taken from a romantic song that she has shot opposite Rajan Verma for the film. But it still riled Veena up. So she asked her director Rajiv Raju to look into the issue.
Regarding the tapes, Veena told the media, "I am very upset about the mms that was leaked portraying me wrongly. It takes lot of energy and hardwork put in to achieve work I have been shooting day and night for my upcoming Telugu movie “Nagna Satyam” which is based on true story and I am also preparing for the contest and promotions of my forthcoming movie 'The City That Never Sleeps” which is being produced by Satish Reddy and Directed by Haroon Rashid. I am looking forward for the release of Mumbai 125Kms directed by Hemant Madhukar, Dirty Picture in kannada and Supermodel in post production so I don’t need such kind of cheap and false publicity using fake sounds which was originally my song I have put lot of efforts to reach this far like I say my work speaks more than words."
Whether this is a publicity stunt for the film or a genuine issue, only Veena can tell.
