FARAH LEGARI’S BACK IN PAKISTAN FASHION WITH GOHAR TEXTILES MILLS
The Launch Event on 29th March 2013 was organized
by CATWALK PRODUCTION and PR handled by CATALYST PR & MARKETING COMPANY.
This launch event was of FARAH LEGHARI’S unique, elegant and much awaited lawn
prints. After four years of absence in the market she has made a remarkable
comeback. This time FARAH has return into the world of style and fashion along
with the big name in textile sector of our country. It is none other then
Faisalabad based textile industry M/S GOHAR TEXTILES MILLS. The manufacturer is
providing worldwide quality products since last 43 years and also made commitment
to the local market to provide the same export quality fabric. They intend to
capture the local as well international market by producing “Eco-Friendly
Premier Lawn” made from pure EGYPTIAN COTTON.
FARAH LEGHARI “SIGNATURE LAWN” were talk of the town, the
dazzling collection in two color ways, six designs and her most popular designs
are the ones infused with rich jeweled colors, the same were exhibited on the
event. There was glamorous red carpet preceded the extravagant fashion
presentation and it made the event colorful, it featured the top models which
includes ABEER ADIL, SIDRA SAJID, SHEHRISH BUKHARI, FALAK SHEIKH AND IQRA FYAZ.
So again we are here, let us put together many facts about
FARAH LEGHARI, she has participated in numerous Fashion Shows all around the
world representing Pakistani Fashion. Further, it is mentioned that Farah
displayed her collection at an exhibition at the embassy of Pakistan London in
the function hosted by the HC MAHEELA LODHI. “HELLO” Magzine International had
exclusively covered her collection at Imran Khan’s Shaukat Khanum Fund Raiser
Fashion Show. Finally, it is to be proud for every Pakistani that FARAH LEGHARI
has the honor of being the only official Royal Designer from Pakistan who was
assigned by the Government to create the Royal Wardrobe for the visiting
Royals. Farah has dressed the Queen of Jordan, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and
many a Pakistani society. FARAH LEGHARI gives the message for the Pakistani
women and says “This collection celebrates the femme fatale in all of us.
Having designed for Royalty, I aspire to make each one of you feel like a
‘PRINCESS’ in my creation.” She further added.“ My end game is to see myself as
a successful International brand name. I want to be the Pakistani designer who
made it big and helped change the negative image of how the world sees Pakistan
today.”
However the Karachi Fashion lovers have given warm welcome
and appreciation to FARAH LEGHARI and her designed lawn. They also noted the
word of caution, that her lawns are being offered in limited editions and only
available at selected outlets nationwide. The event was very successful as it
was well attended by socialites, designers and stars including SARWAT GILLANI,
ADNAN SIDDIQUI, AIJAZ ASLAM, NADIA HUSSAIN, DEEPAK PERWANI, SANA HASHWANI, MOHSIN
SAYEED, FARYAL JUMANI, SADAF JALIL, MARIA WASTI, NESHMIA, SYMA IQBAL, ARJUMAND and RAHIM, SEEMI TAPAL and
many more.
